Highslide JS (November 2006) This is the complete singles collection of the late and legendary DJ John Peel's beloved Dandelion Records, compiled and brought to you for the very first time by Cherry Red Records.

PETE HAYCOCK - "Bikers' Dozen" CD now available!

Highslide JS (May 2006) Pete Haycock's new CD "Bikers' Dozen" has now been released and is currently only available from Pete's website at It features the track "Miracle" which Pete and John wrote and performed for the "Hollister" DVD (see below).

The album, and particularly "Miracle", is picking up airplay. According to Bill Atkins at, the track is getting great responses. Big Blue Radio also regularly features John's "Big Buffalo" album and British Lions stuff, and is definitely worth checking out!

Other CD news

November 2005 saw the release of the German only 2CD Medicine Head compilation "Only The Roses" on the Ambition label, licenced from Angel Air Records. Disc 1 is the "Two Man Band" CD while disc 2 is "Fiddler's Anthology Greatest hits Live". More info!

Evangeline Records (UK) re-issued the 2 original Box Of Frogs albums on 1 CD in January 2006! "Box of Frogs" was originally released in 1984 and "Strangeland" in 1986. The re-issue comes with a new cover and adds the non-LP "Nine Lives" (a single only B-side). More info!

Hollister Rally 2005 DVD!

Highslide JS (January 2006) Pelicam Productions recently released "Hollister 2005 - the Official Rally DVD". This charity video project features a dynamic instrumental soundtrack of original material by guitar virtuoso/composer Pete Haycock (ex-Climax Blues Band, ELO Part II, H Factor, and numerous motion picture soundtrack scores), and features a collaborative piece entitled "Miracle -- The Hollister Mix", with some soulful vocals and lyrics by John Fiddler. A portion of the DVD's proceeds go to the Hollister Emmaus House, which will provide shelter to abused women and children. "Miracle" is currently only available on this DVD in its current form, but Pete Haycock plans to include it on his forthcoming solo album "Bikers' Dozen".
